22/03 at room temperature Despite its rich appearance (quite yellow), the taste is surprisingly light. And the acidity follows later. The similarity with "rice is beautiful SoLiD" which I drank before is obvious, and the unique and not insufficient lack of it. Sake that no other brewery has anything to compare it to.

21/10 with cold sake Long residence time for the flavor. This is a Junmai Daiginjo made entirely of Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture, so it must be high-spec, but it has nothing to do with flashy aromas. It is very tasty! It has something in common with the newspaper 5055 I drank before, but I'm not sure I'd be confident in my ability to use it.

21/12 Cold sake It is a Daiginjo, but the aroma is not flashy. The impression is one of "beauty". A sake that makes you feel that its greatest merit is that it has no weaknesses. A bottle of this sake costs 5,000 yen, so I probably won't be repeating it. But of course there is a correlation between price and value.

22/02 Cold sake → Left at room temperature The contents are probably the same as the standard Haru no Kaikaze. It has the gorgeous aroma and gentle taste typical of Kido. Very delicious! When I let it sit for two hours in the middle of the bottle and then let it come to room temperature The bitterness seems to have become stronger. Should I drink it chilled?
