Despite its rich appearance (quite yellow), the taste is surprisingly light.
And the acidity follows later.
The similarity with "rice is beautiful SoLiD" which I drank before is obvious, and the unique and not insufficient lack of it.
Sake that no other brewery has anything to compare it to.
