At first, the polished taste that says "It is Junmai Daiginjo" comes.
It is followed by an independent bitterness.
I don't like this sake.
Calm sake for sipping.
It's perfectly delicious, but
But considering the price, Gohyakumangoku might be enough.

When I compared it to the Gohyakumangoku of Moribari again, the flavor was much different, and it was a completely different sake.
It's hard to throw away the cleanliness of the Gohyakumangoku, but the "good" is the Omachi.
