Long residence time for the flavor.
This is a Junmai Daiginjo made entirely of Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture, so it must be high-spec, but it has nothing to do with flashy aromas.
It is very tasty!
It has something in common with the newspaper 5055 I drank before, but I'm not sure I'd be confident in my ability to use it.
