I didn't like Yamadanishiki/Jungin and bought this without any expectations.
Disappointing in a good way.
It is full of the umami of Omachi and not too sweet.
I didn't feel any gassiness (possibly due to poor storage method).
I thought the sweetness would increase with time.
But there was not much change in taste in 3 days until I finished it.
Next time, I'll try Tokujun.
