I drank it in late summer.
Stable Chochin.
It's a little low-polished and tastes like that, but that's okay.
I don't know if it comes from the nature of the rice or the milling ratio, but it tastes a bit lighter than Yamada's 5055, which I had last year.
As usual, it is a unique sake with a one-of-a-kind feeling.
