22/02 Cold sake
I was curious about "Laughing Four Seasons" because of its delicious sensation/blue color.
This sake is aged for about 6 months in a fire-fired condition.
It has a very strong sweetness.
It clearly lacks a sense of balance.
but it still has a strange taste that is not unpleasant.
It's different, but close to the feeling one gets when drinking kijo sake.
