From the manufacturing process, it is a kind of "Aki-agari"? (However, it is labeled as hi-ire, not nama-fume.)
Junmai Daiginjo specs, but it doesn't have a "junmai-daiginjo" feel to it.
I drank 3 kinds of sake in 6 months, Sensation Ao, Theatrical Lily Lala, but there is no sense of unity at all, and I like it.
Among the three I drank, Natsu no Ao was good because it had a distinct character.
