Under 22/08, cold sake.
I didn't like the "Natsu Shibori" at all and thought it was a bad idea.
It has a thick flavor that betrays the image we had of it.
It is similar to "Bishu no Sekkei" but thicker and thicker.
Thinking about it calmly, this might be the first Yamadanishiki from this brewery!
I felt like I had a glimpse into the depths of a legendary brewery!
