It was billed as "good with fish" so I paired it with the tai. Yeah, it certainly goes with it! I thought it was a bit thick on its own, but with the food, it's easy to enjoy! Interesting to see the names of all sorts of fish on the labels! There are a lot of fish names/kanji characters that I don't know...
The taste is a little more acidic than the label and bottle appear to suggest and lingers on. A week after opening the bottle, it has become more refreshing. I'd love to drink this in the summer!
With all the fall sake out there, I'm going to choose something summery! As the name suggests, it smelled and tasted like oranges. I wonder if it has oranges in it...? It was so refreshing and so easy to drink!
The "noiseless" kind. I've heard there are many others. First time I've had it and it was delicious! It was refreshingly sweet and very much to my liking.
Lightly muddled! It was sweet, but not so much that it interfered with the food. I've heard from locals that most of the sake in Ehime is sweet, but I personally like it ✨
The first Alphabet Takachiyo. It was made to be drunk as a mealtime drink with less sweetness. I asked the brewer about it. Sure, it goes well with your food!
