On my way home from work, I took an unusual route home and discovered a charming liquor store in Jimbocho!
Since1903! Koujiya Sake Shop!
They have a huge selection of Daishinshu, which I had always wanted to drink but had never been able to find!
I was so excited that I walked around the store!
I couldn't carry more stuff, so I tried a small bottle this time.
It was the right choice! The super dry junmai ginjo is no lie!
The Daishinshu of my dreams. The best encounter I've ever had. It was delicious and I will go back to buy more!

Abe, an up-and-coming sake from Niigata, is rarely available even in the big city of Tokyo.
I recently received a bottle from a colleague from Niigata whom I have become good friends with!
It was a ridiculously foamy and mild sake, and I was convinced that I would drink too much of it.
We found ourselves opening it in no time, along with the sashimi we had prepared for this sake, as a couple.
The bubbling was so great that the cork flew out the moment we opened it and went missing for a while!
