The supernatant has no aroma, no sweetness, and it is like a carbonated alcohol 😵.
When mixed with ori, it has a nice sweetness and acidity, making it refreshing and comfortable to drink. ✌️
I think it's the type of sake that gets its full flavor with food 🤔.
