🍶🤓. The aroma is gorgeously fruity😊. When I drank it, I could hardly taste the sweetness and as I continued drinking, the bitterness started to show its face. The taste impression didn't change even with a meal 😊. Beautiful ✨sake, light and dry.

🍶🤓. First sake of 2026 is Hirotogawa nigori ✌️ A little twist of the cork and gas rushes in from the bottom 😳 I was going to drink the supernatant, but the ogori rose with a bang ❗ The fruity aroma was so soft........ I opened and closed the cork 4 times 😓 and finally opened the bottle 😊. The moderate sweetness and sourness is so good! I want to drink this again🤗🤗 I wish you good health and lots of sake this year 🙏🙏🙏.

🍶🤓 🍶 🤓 🍶 Origami. Oligarami version of Sentori Classic which we drank in February this year ✨. Supernatant. It's like a cider with a delicious sourness with an apple-like aroma 👌. When mixed, it becomes silky and more delicious 🙂️. It tastes sweeter as you eat it: ✌️ This is good🤗🤗🤗

Light alcohol, apple-like aroma, and a shwashy, clean taste 👌. Mix it up, beautiful haze and a little fluffy rice 😊. Perfect balance with the acidity lurking in the back 🤤. Quart bottle, gone in 2 hours😳 Delicious sake to drink with excitement🤗🤗

🍶🤓 It's been a while since I've had a Toyo Bijin. Thought it would be more muscat-like as the rice is Chunyang, but didn't feel that much 😊. Light fruity aroma ✨ Another light alcohol and sourness. Then comes the sweetness ✌️ Clear drinking and lighter than I expected👍 Not what I expected, but a delicious sake 👌

🍶🤓. Oli rises as soon as you open it, pour a bit of the supernatant in a hurry 😳. Mild alcohol taste. Dry and pleasant to drink. Pour it into the glass now that it's mixed. 😳The oli gets in the way and it doesn't come out for a moment😅. At first, a little sweetness shows up, but the whole thing is enveloped by fine gas and it's dandy 😎. When drunk with a meal, the umami comes out with a bang ✨. Ahh, sake is so interesting 😋.
