I have 3 bottles of my favorite sake "Hachisen", so I have to compare these!!!! I mean .........
First, the "Nouveau Nao Kumi Special Junmai Nama" (pictured above right)
Fruity. White grape type? 🤔.
It has acidity and bitterness ...... and seems to be well balanced.
Delicious after all 🤗.
Next, "Nouveau Oorigarami Tokubetsu Junmai Nama" (bottom left)
First, the supernatant...
The overall taste was mild.
When mixed, it has a nice sweet and sour aroma with a moderate sweetness.
Nice sourness. No bitterness.
I think it is my favorite among the three 🤗.
Next up was the Silver Label Ginjo Nama.
The whole thing has a honey-like feel to it😳is it my imagination?
Slightly sweet, almost no aroma or sourness.
It's a bit sweet, with almost no aroma or acidity.
But it's still delicious 🤗.
No disappointment in Hakusen 🤗🤗
