Reimei Junmai Ginjo
I received a gift from my sister at work 😋.
Today I boiled Japanese butterbur growing in the garden, wrapped gyoza, served bonito tataki and grilled chicken. These Japanese, Western, and Chinese snacks with anything and everything: 🙆♀️
The aroma is a good ginjo aroma, the initial attack is sweet with a strong sense of rice, then the bitter spiciness comes in quickly and the sake is sharp. ‼️
The sweet, bitter and spicy taste lingers in the mouth for a long time✋.
I thought Reimei was an Okinawan sake, but it is also available in Nagasaki!
