Today I want to go boldly because it's before my business trip😊I bought papaya and stir-fried it with sausage, I love the texture of this 🤤Jingisukan, pumped tofu, corned beef I got, etc.... The aroma is fresh and sweet💜, the initial attack is gentle sweetness that quickly changes to spiciness, but it is not assertive. I used to like to drink the kind of sake that is like a "food sake" ‼️ dark, umami, sweet and juicy, but if you want to match it with a meal, a modest, light and delicious sake like this one is good!
I guess you can't go wrong with special junmai 👍.
