Neat! Basho, I have the impression that it must have been made in a place with very clean water. Junmai Ginjo, neat! But it has a gorgeous atmosphere just by bringing it close to the nose. It is deep and healthy. I can't help but be pleased that it is a Gunma sake.

Sorry for the blurry photos. Akita last of the day! I also recommend this one. It seems more sake-like than the previous one, Chokaizan.

This one was also recommended to us. This one was recommended to us in Akita. It was surprisingly delicious. Hiyaoroshi" is a kind of sake, but this hiyaoroshi has been aged for half a year and is very soft and easy to drink! But this hiyaoroshi is said to have been aged for half a year, so it was very soft and easy to drink, and I was very impressed. It was really delicious.
