@Sotomimi The sacred artifact Gokaicho. I went to this event thinking I was the last boss of the San-in area. I wondered if there was any other sake with a name like "Kagami" or "Kadatama. I was thinking that they must have been really prepared for such a big name, but then I saw a sign saying "Susanoo Ramen" at Izumo City station on my way home the next day, and my impression of the previous day was shaken. But it was still good. Like other San'in-style ramen, it did not have the same flamboyance or showiness of the Kamitatekoso, but the flavor and strength came after you put it in your mouth and let it go down your throat. The nodoguro sushi was also delicious. The Izumo City station area is full of restaurants full of umami-ness, so it's hard to decide which one to go to.

@Outside only Slight & elegant sweetness. It has little scent and is like water at the first sip, but the aroma and umami come after a delay. I think that's the trend, right? Compared to the Chiyomusubi and Toyo-no-Aki that I had on my San'in-style trip so far, I felt the tangy alcohol strength of the sake. The alcohol content is the same, though, which is strange. It goes well with sashimi and fish dishes! Even Watai, who has no idea about marriage, said, "Unmai na! Thank you very much!

@Tenchi, a sightseeing train A product available on the sightseeing train, Tenchi (Amechi). As I have mentioned before, it would be a bad idea to see an old man on a local train line drinking sake, but the sightseeing train converts his appearance into a gentry, so thank you sightseeing train. Like the Chiyomusubi I drank in Tottori, this sake has almost no scent, and the aroma and flavor are colorless in the mouth. The aroma and flavor are colorless in the mouth, but the fragrance and umami come later. I wonder if this is a characteristic of the San'in region. Thank you very much for the food!

@Mise Only I had this at an izakaya I wanted to stop by when I went to Tottori. It has almost no aroma, and when I sipped it, I thought, "Is it water? But the aroma and umami come as it goes down your throat. If I were to say sweet and spicy, I would say it is slightly sweet, but it is very refreshing. It is elegant. It was delicious!

@Sightseeing Train "SAKU Bi SAKU Raku We will have it on the sightseeing train running between Okayama and Tsuyama. There is no sales service on the train, but you can buy a nice 100ml bottle of pon-sake at Okayama station for about 100 coins and bring it in. When I smelled it, I was surprised by its gorgeous aroma, but when I drank it, it did not have the same impact as when I smelled it, and it went down easy. The hint of aroma is not that spectacular either, so I wondered what that aroma was when I smelled it. I'm still puzzled. Thanks for the drink!

@My friend bought this for me at a tasting event. My friend bought this bottle at a tasting event. I saw olive yeast on the back label, I was surprised to see olive yeast on the back of the bottle. I was surprised to see olive yeast on the back of the bottle and smelled it before drinking it. It makes me feel like a little rabbit saying, "Huh? It's really a mystery. It's really a mystery. Yeast World Infinity. It is a fruity wine glass type that is not that strange in the mouth. Thank you very much!

@ Paloma Mizuho Rugby Stadium I'm not good at Hanami crowds, but I bought Senkou's Hanami version! I had to drink outside! I was invited to the rugby field and opened a four-pack of Senkyoku. It was a nice daytime drink, and the weather was fine! The game was between Toyota and Pana, and Pana is so much stronger than Toyota.

@Norai drinking Since it is impossible to storm into a crowded hanami site, we quietly enjoyed the nighttime cherry blossoms in our neighborhood. I know it's been a while since I've posted, but this year I was able to enjoy the nighttime cherry blossoms with this drink. Thanks a lot. It has a pear-like flavor (am I right?). It was easy to drink, with almost no bitterness. Thank you for the sake!

@Takunomi I finished a bottle I bought in Toyama the other day and it was delicious. When I first started drinking it, I couldn't understand what the label on the back said about the "dignified strength running through it" and wondered why it was so smooth. But then I noticed that it became hot and smooth, and I realized that this was what it was all about. Thank you very much!

@MyOffice The fine gaseous sensation is enjoyable! You think it's champagne, but when you smell it, you realize it's sake, which makes you wonder why, It's light at 13% alcohol, so even I, who can't drink a lot, can drink about half of a four-pack of sake. I haven't tried it, but I think it would go well with crackers. After a week, there was almost no gassiness, so it is best to drink it up immediately after opening the bottle.

@Salmon World Summit in Kyoto This is the last one I drank because I thought I would drink something rare. What is 22 years old whiskey? And then I drank it and said, "Oh, this is that one! That, that, that! He gently followed up with, "It's like a mellow Shaoxing wine, isn't it? I've also included a photo of the venue. It was a great success, and I was impressed by the large number of young people in their 20s and 30s. I think it's becoming a trend. Good for them.

@Sake World Summit in Kyoto Very elegant Daiginjo. I think foreigners would like it in a wine glass or something. Even though it is 17% alc, it doesn't make my throat dry up at all. It tastes super delicious when it is cooled down to the perfect temperature. When asked, "Is there any other way you recommend to drink it? I was told "This is the best way to drink it. I agreed.

@Salmon World Summit in Kyoto I strongly remember that I had a strange floating sensation in my mouth. (My memory is suspect from this point on). It wasn't so bad when it went down my throat, but on my tongue, it was really light and salty. I was surprised to learn that sake can be served on the rocks! I thought to myself, "Sake can be served on the rocks!

@Sake World Summit in Kyoto I was at the Sacred Bar and it was super dry, so I asked, "Do you have anything more glamorous?" I was offered this bottle. The label is super cute. It was very lively and tasty, but not cloying. It was delicious. I couldn't buy it because there was no sake sales at the event, but next time I see it, I'll buy it.

@Sacred Tavern After the "Let's go to Kyoto" for the Salmon World Summit in Kyoto, we went to Sacred Bar to have a "Sacred" lunch. I was going to have a small snack in one hand, but they said lunch only during lunch time........ I ate quite a lot of food. My tongue was burning and my throat was burning. It was so tough.

@Takunomi A bottle I bought in Toyama. The flavor was not too strong and it was smooth and easy to drink. It has a slight citrus taste, a slight gassy feeling, no bitterness in the aftertaste, and it goes down smoothly. It's a good buy. A good purchase.

@Tachi no Miya No, it's a fruit wine! It was so fruity. I was surprised. It's 12% alc, so it's easy to drink and the sweetness at the entrance is refreshing. You know those cat memes that make cats open their mouths in surprise? I think Watai looked like that.

@Tachinomiya The label on the front of the sake is so unbelievably salty that I couldn't help but ask, "What's this?" I asked myself. It is sweet. It has a moderate sweetness and a gorgeous flavor, and leaves a sweet aftertaste with no bitterness. Thank you very much!

@Mise only I bought this one because I was so excited to win the right to purchase HANA-YOSU by lottery with a purchase of 1,000yen or more! So I bought this one. (I bought this one.) Instead of the usual red label (dry), I bought Bodai Hashiro. What is "Bodhi Hashiroshi"? I looked up "Bodhi Hashiro" and found out that there are a lot of things I don't know about it. It has a light taste with an alcohol content of 13%, but I liked it very much because of its umami and richness. The rice polishing ratio is not written on the bottle, but I guess it must be about the same as ginjo. Thank you very much!

@Takunomimi The junmai ginjo I had before was a bit gassy, but this one is a mid-priced ginjo? It is a good sake without any pedantry. A good sake with no pedantry. A little bit strong, a little bit fruity.
