@My store only I couldn't get a hit on the DB for sakewa. I didn't know this was possible. As usual, we bought it in Shiojiri as a souvenir for our friend No.1 (Neki, who is a dry taste person). He asked for a dry one with a firm body that makes your tongue tingle, and this is the one he selected in a second. At 19% Ak, it is surprisingly easy to drink and has a refreshing flavor, followed by a delicious heat that goes down your throat. Oh, it's a power brew. Thank you very much for the drink!

@Mise only I saw this bottle at a liquor store in Shiojiri and bought it because it was cute. 300ml is rare, isn't it? I bought it without thinking and said "Bon appétit! I bought it without thinking and said "Bon appétit! Is this sake? I was like, "Is this sake? I was surprised when I drank it for the first time. It is 5% alcohol and has a gentle gaseous taste. I didn't know it was made by Ichinozo. I didn't know that. I think it is good to cool it down on a summer day and drink it like a Ramune. For men....

@ Tachi no Miya Light at 14% alc, it has no peculiarities or strength, and is super easy to drink. It is not enough to drink by itself, so it would be good to drink it with something strong flavored. Maybe with hot Chinese food, cooled down to the perfect temperature? Thank you very much!

@Shiojiri Uzuchio 2nd Generation I was surprised to see the similarity between this sake and the first one I had. I don't know if it's the condition or the character, but I think this one is a bit fresher. I asked the waiter, "What would you like it with? The waiter said, "Anything. If in doubt, go with fish. Thank you very much!

@Shiojiri Uzushio 2nd Shop We stopped by this restaurant when we stayed overnight in Shiojiri for various reasons. I had heard in advance that there was a wide selection of sake, but I was pleasantly surprised to find a wide selection of rare sake. I was surprised to see a wide selection of rare sake. Then, there was the Tasake. It is not flamboyant, but rather clean and mild. It has a fruity taste, but it is not too strong and has a good sharpness. This is the kind of sake that can be drunk in large quantities. I never get tired of drinking it. Thank you for the sake!

@Takunomi One of Nara's souvenirs. I heard that among the Mimuro cedars, the Kanji name of the Samorosugi is distributed only in Nara Prefecture, so I bought it in the spirit of going to the trouble. I think it is rather sweet, but the flavor is not too strong, and it has a rich and relaxing taste. It's the kind of thing you want to keep on hand. Thank you very much!

@Meeting I bought this bottle because of its unusual appearance. The label on the back of the bottle reads, "Pair it with rosé." I thought it must be fruity and slightly sweet, but when I drank it, I was surprised to find that it was dry and very much like an old man's sake. I thought it would be fruity and slightly sweet, but it was surprisingly dry, just like an old man's sake. I also thought "lady" was spelled differently. I thought "Lady" was the old spelling of "lady". I have learned one more thing.

@Tachinomiya The design on the front label alone makes it hard to believe it's sake. This is the one that my friend #2 (Fruity Man) likes. It has a strong umami and sweetness. I guess it's like drinking it by itself. Thank you very much!

@Tachinomiya The restaurant prepares the sake of the day in addition to the regular sake, so I asked what they had. I asked, "What do you have?" and they said "Jikin" and I said, "I don't know when I can have it next". It was my first time to drink dry sake, and I thought it was a very good accompaniment for a meal. It's good.

It's been a long time since I've had this. I liked it so much when I drank it at a store before that I bought it immediately when I saw it. When I drink it again, it has a strong umami and sweetness, and I think it's "yummy," but when I keep it at home and drink it every night, I think the umami and sweetness become a little too much. I wonder if this is what it means to get tired of drinking it. I made a negative comment, but I think it is definitely a good bottle without any bitterness or tastelessness.

@Tachinomiya in Nara No.6, following Yonotori, is now available. I don't really remember the taste of the food, but I was chatting with the next-door neighbor, a resident of Nara Prefecture. I remember saying something like, "I'd love to see a showdown between the Minato-ku girls from Tokyo and the Minato-ku girls from Osaka. I hope to see you again!

@Tachinomiya in Nara I had never had Shinsei before, and I was "wowed" by the wide variety on the menu, so I went for the Yonotori. I was expecting it to be thick and sweet, but maybe my preconceived notions were too strong, but it was surprisingly smooth and refreshing. It also tasted citrusy? It's strange to drink something in Nara that I couldn't drink in Akita. Thank you very much!

I regularly visit Nara to get smacked by deer, and stopped by a bar near Kintetsu Nara Station. It was strange to drink in Nara what I couldn't drink in Toyama. It's not glamorous, but it's clean, elegant, and salty. It was a quiet and unassertive drink. It's not that low at 16% alc. It seems to be a favorite of different people.

Good evening, pukadon. I heard that you regularly want to get smacked by deer 😆 If you try to buy a deer cracker, you will be surrounded in all directions 🦌🦌🦌🦌 It is indeed strange that you are drinking Katsuma in Nara 😊 It is a nice place to stand and have a drink 😊.

Hi, Hirupeko. Deer in Asuko come very aggressively if you have a cembe. If you go there with shorts on and get hit by a deer with horns, you will usually bleed. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and I enjoyed drinking there. If you have a chance, please come here!

@Sotomimi I've had G-TYPE before and it was my first time to drink Shintaka, and I was surprised at how un-Japanese it tasted. I wasn't sure what flavor it was, so I went to the website and saw that it was green apple. Is that so? My friend #1 (dry neki) says, "It's a juice.

@Me Only Purchased as a souvenir on the way back from Shiga camping. I asked for a "strong dry sake with a firm body" for my friend #1 (who is a dry sake drinker) and he recommended this bottle. I don't know why, but I thought it was one of those bottles. It is heavy and I can feel the strength of the alcohol, but I also feel it is refreshing and clean. Tongue bili, tough.

@Shiga Campground I'll have a bottle that I've been saving for outside drinking. I think you should drink outside as much as you can with a small amount of alc and a little bit of shuwa shuwa. Mimuro cedar is a good choice no matter what you drink. Thank you very much for the drink!

@OutsideOnly This was good. It's an all-rounder like Garyubai, and it's a "goes with everything" kind of plum. I think it's more refreshing than Garyubai. What was interesting was that both Yi-Yu No.1 (dry Neki) and Yi-Yu No.2 (fruity man) said it was "unmai" (delicious). I wonder if it is popular with both groups of people.

@ Tachi no Miya This bottle was recommended to me. It is easy to drink without any peculiarities and has a sweetness that is not clingy. I thought it was a well-balanced sake and well made. The cover is also nice!

@Sotomimi I think Gononosojo was made with Yamadanishiki, but this time it is made with Homasu, a rice from Kumamoto. I don't know if that's the reason, but I think it's less gorgeous and sweet than Gonosojo. It also has a bit of bitterness? However, it still has the same champagne-like taste, so this time I prepared some crackers to enjoy it. Yummy. Next time, we'll have a Ritz parley.
