I bought this one because I was so excited to win the right to purchase HANA-YOSU by lottery with a purchase of 1,000yen or more! So I bought this one. （I bought this one.)
Instead of the usual red label (dry), I bought Bodai Hashiro. What is "Bodhi Hashiroshi"? I looked up "Bodhi Hashiro" and found out that there are a lot of things I don't know about it.
It has a light taste with an alcohol content of 13%, but I liked it very much because of its umami and richness. The rice polishing ratio is not written on the bottle, but I guess it must be about the same as ginjo.
