A product available on the sightseeing train, Tenchi (Amechi).
As I have mentioned before, it would be a bad idea to see an old man on a local train line drinking sake, but the sightseeing train converts his appearance into a gentry, so thank you sightseeing train.
Like the Chiyomusubi I drank in Tottori, this sake has almost no scent, and the aroma and flavor are colorless in the mouth. The aroma and flavor are colorless in the mouth, but the fragrance and umami come later. I wonder if this is a characteristic of the San'in region.
