I had to go to Toyama. I bought a bottle of Haneya for myself and had my friend, who loves Sogen, choose this one at Liquor Pocket Mizuhata. (It was a nice liquor store). It is indeed similar in flavor and strength. However, I think Sogen is a little stronger. I thought Sogen was a little strong, but for me it was just the right amount of salt.

@Tachi no Miya Mimuro Sugi is usually a red label dry sake, but there was a spring-like one, so I had a glass. It has a nice flavor and a slight gassy feeling. The spring version makes me want to drink it outside.

@Mise-nomi I drank it while thinking of Gassan, so I was surprised at the umami and the strength of the flavor. It's so good! It is better on its own than with food. I'm a kind of person with a stupid tongue, but I think you should use coarse salt or something to match it. I will buy it again next year.

@Mise only I noticed after a few drinks that the saké, or alcohol, is rather strong. It made my throat feel a bit tight. Of course, it has a strong umami flavor, and I got the impression that it is a rather heavy brand, yes.

@Takunomi Purchased at a certain electronics store's sake corner (mystery). When I drank it before, I felt a strong umami taste as soon as I put it in my mouth, but maybe I was too prepared for it, or it was a little disappointing. However, it was still delicious. Thank you for the sake.

@ Tachi no Miya Super glamorous. Lively like a festival. Fun. I guess it's sweet, but it's so smooth and refreshing. Thank you for the food!

@Tachi no Miya Miyokiku" is a standing bar located at the ticket gate of Kashihara Jingu-mae Station. They changed the name to hiragana because some people call it "Miyogiku" or "Shirokiku". It is under the direct management of Kita Sake Brewery, and they only carry sake from this brewery. The sake is easy to drink and has no peculiarities. Thank you very much.

@Sightseeing Train: Symphony of Blue All of them are brands from Yoshino, Nara. There are three kinds of sake: Shojo, Yatagarasu, and Hanaboe. If there is an old man who drinks sake (one cup or so) on the train, he looks terrible, but on a sightseeing train, he looks like a gentleman.

@Mise only I had to explore sweet sake as well, so I bought a recommendation from the clerk. It was lighter and easier to drink than I expected. I wondered how it tasted. I compared it with Mimuro Cedar Red Label for benchmarking, and the flavor spread quickly! It's like salt on watermelon, or a hot and cold bath.

@ Tachi no Miya Cute label. Good balance of acidity and umami, refreshing taste. I thought it would be fun to drink it outdoors on a sunny day.

@Mise only We got this bottle at the brewery opening. The transparent bottle is rare and good because many Nitoshi bottles are dark colored like black. It is a little spicy in ama-kara (sweetness). If you put it on a radar chart, it would be round and round. A friend of mine who likes dry sake said, "It smells like rice and tastes good! He said, "It smells like rice and is delicious!

@Takunomimi I was curious to buy this sake because it was billed as a sake for engineers. It has a hint of gorgeousness in the mouth for a moment, but it cuts through quickly. It is firm, dry, and not at all kiwamono. I don't know what part of the taste makes it suitable for engineers (there must be something), but the label is written in JavaScript, and there were people who copied the code and others who peeled off the label and let an OCR read and analyze the code.

Oh, you spelled it wrong...it's sourcecode (duh). It's sourcecode.

@Mise The elegant umami flavor comes immediately after drinking, and the aftertaste is not so persistent. I thought it was sweet, but the acidity and sake level were average. It is not the type of sake I usually drink, but it was really good.

@Tachi no Miya It's called "super dry" but it goes in easily. Delicious. An all-rounder that goes well with any dish. Thank you very much for your kindness!

@ Stores only. The label and taste are rugged or strong. I can feel a tingling in my throat when I drink it. I guess this is what they mean when they say "to the five viscera and six organs. Drink it and cheer up. When I get settled in Noto, I will go to Wakura this year.

@Home Drinking Sake from Nagano. I was looking for a sake that uses apple yeast as well, and I found this one. It has a slight apple aroma, but the aftertaste is more refreshing than I expected.
