Slight & elegant sweetness. It has little scent and is like water at the first sip, but the aroma and umami come after a delay. I think that's the trend, right?
Compared to the Chiyomusubi and Toyo-no-Aki that I had on my San'in-style trip so far, I felt the tangy alcohol strength of the sake. The alcohol content is the same, though, which is strange.
It goes well with sashimi and fish dishes! Even Watai, who has no idea about marriage, said, "Unmai na! Thank you very much!
