Yamadanishiki from Kitakata, Fukushima is brought to Tokyo for polishing. The rice is then polished at Akebono Sake Brewery in Aizusaka, Fukushima Prefecture. The rice is then made into sake at Akebono Sake Brewery in Aizusaka-machi, Fukushima. In other words, Yamada-Nishiki travels all the way to Tokyo to be milled. Yamada-Nishiki travels all the way to Tokyo to be milled. The rice is milled by a very skilled rice miller using a special milling machine to properly polish the rice using a special milling machine 👀. I'm going to have a drink. As expected from Tenmei😆. The brewery is located in Hida Furukawa, Gifu Prefecture, I heard that Kaba Sake Brewery was founded in 1704. I am ashamed to say that I was unaware of it. I bought it when it was introduced at Isetan. I tried it and found it to be a very good sake. If you like nigori sake, you will love it! If you like nigori sake, you will love this sake 😆.
