Pitchy 🌁 that immediately spreads throughout the mouth. And freshness As soon as you feel it You will be drawn in by the long aftertaste. It's a very nice sake 😆.

Junmai Ginjo-shu [freshly stored sake Manufactured in January 2025 My favorite Seto Shuzo😆. When you drink it, you'll see It has a fresh flavor with a hint of rice. It has a fresh taste with the umami of rice, It is very satisfying to drink. The gorgeous aroma and flavor and taste spreads all over your mouth. It is a very nice sake 😆.

Brewed by Kanmei Shuzo in Furukawa, Osaki, Miyagi Miyakanbai Junmai Daiginjyo 40% Extra Fine My favorite Miyakanbai 😆. Try it and you'll see This one is so good 😆😆😆. Fruity & juicy 🥤🥤. And although it is fire-aged And although it's fire-aged, it also has a slight gassy feeling. It's very drinkable. Rich and amazing 😆😆. It's still a very impressive sake 😂😂😂.

Brewed by Kochi Shuzo in Agawa, Kochi Niyodogawa CEL24 Junmai Daiginjo Polishing 40 It was a gift 🙇🙇🙇🙇🙇. When I drank this one, First, you can feel the gorgeous aroma, After that, you can feel the mellow sweetness all over 😆. And then it breaks off surprisingly refreshingly 😊. It's quite complete along with the AC95. Very nice sake 🍶😆.

Brewed by Maruishi Brewery in Okazaki, Aichi Ni-Uto, KT and Aichi no Okome Junmai Ginjo Nama This is a sake made by three breweries, Gigi in Owari, Shikishima in Chita, and Futaruto in Mikawa, through KT, a young farmer on the Chita Peninsula, using a special grade of sake rice "Yume-Ginko" produced by a young rice farmer KT (Takumi Kondo) to boost the farming industry, and each of the three breweries has created their own sake with their own characteristics! This "Nitoshi, KT and Aichi's Okome" is only sold at Nitoshi's special distributors in Aichi Prefecture! And when I drank this Ni-Toshi version, it was a very nice sake with a perfect sweet and sour taste 😆.

Brewed by Maruishi Brewery in Okazaki, Aichi Doala and Nito Junmai Ginjo Banzai 55 Shiboritate directly pumped raw limited A combination of two popular rabbits from Aichi Prefecture and the mascot of the Chunichi Dragons. This is a collaboration product with Doala, the mascot character of the Chunichi Dragons ❢. I was attracted by the cute label and bought it at the brewery 😆. As soon as I drank it, I immediately thought I felt the freshness 🟢 & umami🍚, and then it finishes fresh 🔪. It's a very nice sake 😆.

It's been a long time since I've posted due to a number of things 😣. This is a sake brewed by the Shindo Sake Brewery in Yonezawa, Yamagata. Gazanryu Gokutsuki Shizukutori Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-Zume This is a gift. Thank you very much 🙇🙇🙇🙇🙇. When you drink it, it is almost as clear as it can be. It is a wonderful sake 🍶 with a freshness and a gorgeous fruity taste 😆. It's so delicious😍.

Brewed by Naeba Shuzo in Naka-uonuma, Niigata Yuki no Mayu Junmai Daiginjo Nama Shuzake This is the famous (and super favorite😆) "Sake no Mori" which has been renamed "Yukinomayu". I haven't had it recently. I haven't had it recently. I had no idea. I found out at the liquor store and bought it in a hurry😅. When I tried it, I knew it was It's too good to be true! Sweet🍰&. Slightly gassy 🌧️& The definitive version of juicy🥤😆. A super foul class that you can drink for the rest of your life. It's an endless drink 😆.

I've been drinking it at the store, but this is the first time I've been able to buy it, This is the first time I was able to buy it 😆. I keep opening and closing the lid over and over again. It's hard to drink 😅. The first time I was able to drink it after opening the bottle at 10pm was after midnight 。。。。。。。 It was worth the effort. It's really good ❢. Naturally, it has a strong gassy feeling. It's a very versatile sake, much drier than other Dobu sake. It's a versatile sake 😆 Super tasty ❢.
