Beian Daikoku is served with Wakegi Nuta and quiche. The strong aroma and spiciness go well with the spicy vinegared miso paste of the nuta. The quiche is also good as a chopstick rest. Thank you very much for the meal.
Sanzenmori is served with 5 kinds of pickles. Although it is labeled as a "dry" sake, the pleasantly fragrant ginjo aroma and the sweetness of the rice do not make it dry. The acidity of the aftertaste also goes well with the otsumimi. Thank you very much for the sake.
Okuizuimo is served with eggplant and grated chicken. It has a stimulating aroma that is typical of dry sake and a strong aftertaste that is different from what one would expect from a light, dry sake. I think it goes better with rich pickles than dry ones. Thank you very much.
We had the Yukinaka no Mai with five pieces of omakase.
The owner says that they only serve dry sake at room temperature, but I could tell that this is a brand that focuses on serving with sushi. It is recommended to drink it with a meal as a food sake. Thank you very much.
Soutenden is served with beef tongue. The well-cooled dry sake with a pleasant sourness spreading through it was so good that I had finished about half of the sake before the pickles arrived. The beef tongue was served with grated radish and miso, but I think miso goes better with this sake. Thank you very much for the meal.
We will have Echino Umezato with Tanshio and Horumon-yaki. It does not have much of an aroma, perhaps because it is a cold sake. It has a moderate acidity in the mouth and a refreshing aftertaste that is delicious with either of the two dishes. Thank you very much for the sake.
We visited you at Sake Go Around.
We had Ganki hiyaoroshi with nameko mushrooms and chicken breast tataki. The clear taste and the gradual umami (deliciousness) match well with the tataki. Thank you very much for the meal.
We will have Manrei with fried datsu. We compared this year's dry and refreshing Manrei with last year's, which had been aged for a year and had a great flavor. This time, I voted for the one from last year that goes well with fried datsu with salted lemon. Thank you very much for the drink.
Nanamizu is served with boiled eggplant, bitter gourd stir-fry, and vinegared cucumber appetizer. The clear aroma and the flavorful taste go well with all the entrées, and both the sake and the chopsticks go well with the dish.
Thank you very much for the meal.
Aizu Nakasho is served with octopus sashimi. The light, cool aroma and firm acidity of the sake keeps the chopsticks going. It was a sake that could be enjoyed while eating.
Hoshi boast with cold sake, grilled salmon and wax gourd.
The slight aroma of the sake was pleasant.
The subtle aroma was pleasant and went well with both of the dishes.
Seafood and sake served with an assortment of nukazuke pickles. It has a strong acidity and is light to drink.
so it can be used as an aperitif. The fish was a good match with the assortment. Thank you very much.
We will be serving the summer-only sake from So no Go with pancakes. Although the combination of sweet bread and sake
The aroma of wheat and the sake went surprisingly well together.
Thank you very much for your hospitality.
We had it with sashimi of baby sardines under the special label of "Amego no Tsuki". The ginjo aroma and the flavor that gradually spread on the tongue, along with the taste of the sashimi and condiments, made my mouth feel happy. Thank you very much!
I had Shinshin with an assortment of yakitori.
It does not have much aroma, but it is a little dry with acidity and umami. It is a slightly dry sake with little aroma, acidity, and umami.
It will be served with Tamagawa orikarami and pork mountain butterbur tsukune. We visited this restaurant for an event called "Sake Circuit". Unfortunately, we could not order more because it was right before the end of the event, but the flavor of the meat, which should be called a hamburger steak rather than a tsukune, and the flavor of the orikarami were quite a good match.
The "mountain longevity" is served with fried black bean curd.
It is well chilled and has no aroma, but when you put it in your mouth, you will feel a strong sourness. When you eat the freshly fried fish with a little bit of it in your mouth, the acidity and the fish flavor are mixed together and it is a perfect match. Thank you very much for your kindness.
Afs is served with octopus. It is well chilled, mildly aromatic, and has a strong acidity and sweetness, just like a white wine. It is a perfect match for sweet white wines, and is also good as a dessert wine.
Cold sake of Yonezuru with grated whitebait.
The combination was recommended by the restaurant and was a perfect match. Even as a cold sake, the ginjo aroma and flavor are strong, but the aftertaste is refreshing, and it is delicious both with the pickles and on its own. Next time, I would like to try the snacks listed on the back of the label.
Thank you very much.
