Senteki Shuzo produces only sake in Miyazaki Prefecture, a prefecture famous for its shochu (Japanese liquor).
This drink is refreshing at room temperature.
I think it has a nice balance of rice flavor and neatness. It's not too sweet and not too spicy.
This sake is said to be shipped only to Ibaraki Prefecture.

The lotus root which I bought in Ibaraki and the marinated cherry tomato which I dipped in myself were my main ingredients.
Morishima and the rest is "Yui". It has a mild sweetness.
I bought this sake from Ibaraki in memory of Haruma Miura. I am grateful for such an encounter.
