A reminder and a smear 🙏. This is the third restaurant in Nagarekawa after a long absence. We came to "MICHIMAN". We had already eaten and drank a lot, so we had the fine rolls as our entrée and sake to finish off the meal. The owner offered me some sake and I decided to try the Aomori's "Toyo Saihei" 🍶 "N" is said to come from the Tohoku accent, "Nme". Really "good" 😆.

Just a reminder 🙏. I came to "Ochoko" in Yokogawa by myself after a work meeting today. I drank "Drunken Whale" from Kochi 🍶. I drank too much beer and highballs at the party, so it's nice to drink sake slowly 😌.

A memorandum, smitten 🙏. The second drink at "Gokan". We chose "Tanaka Rokuugo" from Itoshima City, Fukuoka Prefecture🍶. The name "Tanaka" comes from the fact that it was brewed in a brewery located in a rice field, and the rice is 65% polished Yamada-Nishiki produced in Itoshima, hence the name "Rokuugo" 📝. It has a good balance of sourness and sweetness, and goes well with meals 📝.

Just a reminder 🙏. Today we are celebrating our 60th birthday with a dinner floor at "Gokan" in Hashimoto-cho 🥢. I asked for a dry sake to go with the dishes and was served Fukui's "Kuroryu". The elegant aroma and mild mouthfeel of daiginjo sake is impressive 🍶.

Memorandum of Reminder 🙏. This is my second drink at a "Standing Sake Shop". This sake is junmai genmai (pure rice sake) using only rice and koji, and the number 13 is the alcohol content. It has a nice mouthfeel and a fruity flavor 😋.

A smear of a memorandum 🙏. Today, after a work meeting, I came to a "standing bar" in Yokogawa by myself. The first drink was "Morinokuma-san" by Takachiyo Shuzo. As the mint color of the label suggests, it was refreshing and clean 🩵. This sake is made by flattening and polishing the rice, which takes longer than usual to bring out the flavor of the rice and is very tasty 😋.

This is a memorandum of my visit to Ochoko. I have been going to "Ochoko" less often since they changed their business, but it's been a while since I've been here. The first drink was "Tempoichi" from Kanbe 🍶. Delicious 😋!

I'm just a reminder 🙏. After the general meeting at the north exit, we came to Yokogawa. There were many customers at all the restaurants, so we ended up drinking at "Sakeba Honmaru" under the guard. The price here is 990 yen and all you can drink including sake. After a few beers, the first sake was a mackerel sake, "Saba Saba". Saba sake, "Sabadesh" ‼️🍶. I heard this sake goes well with mackerel dishes 😏.

A memorandum of notes 🙏. This is the second cup from "Tamaki" in Ekiniushi. It's "Honorable Kaijin" from Kagawa's Kompira-san 🍶I seem to have heard that the proprietress is from Kagawa 🤔. Is this sake heavy? It's heavy. I think it is dry and goes well with both meat and fish👍

This is just a reminder. I went out for a drink with my classmates for the first time in a while, and we came to "Tamaki" in Ekiniushi because it was an easy way to get home. Both of us are still the same as before, but each of us seems to be having a hard time at work. Well, we are happy to be able to drink despite our complaints 😀. The first glass of sake was "Mute Mukan" from Kochi 🍶I don't have the vocabulary to describe it, but it was fruity, gorgeous, and delicious 😋. This restaurant has a lot of Kochi sake👍

But you drink a lot. I finished off the sake and went home with the last shochu 🥴. Thank you "Koshima" ❗️ and thank you Okada-san for taking me there 🙇‍♂️
