Just a reminder 🙏. I asked for a Kagawa sake that I hadn't cleared at the standing bar "Mozu" in Yokogawa and the owner offered me this sake😍. It was my first time to try Kagawa sake and it was a heavy sake and delicious 😋. Next time, I asked him to get me sake from Tokyo and Osaka ｀｀*.

Just a reminder 🙏. The third (the second was a dry sake, but I forgot 😅) of the "Soboku Otsubo" is a Saga Koei Kiku 🍶. It was slightly sweet, fizzy and slightly carbonated, but it goes well with Yakitori 😊.

Just a reminder 🙏. On my way home from a work-related retirement party, I stopped by a "stand-up bar" in Yokogawa 😉. The sake we drank was a Tochigi sake called "Boh" 🍶 The sake rice was Miyamanishiki. It was a little fruity and had a nice aroma 😊.

This is a memorandum of my visit to "Ikki" in Yokogawa. I came to Yokogawa's "Ikki" for the after-party of a farewell party after a long time 🍶. The first drink was "Sakurafubuki" by Kinko's 🌸. I love "Kamo Kanehide", but "Sakura Fubuki" is also great 🤗.

Just a reminder 🙏. I came to "Mozu" in Yokogawa, the second restaurant of the day, for the first time in a long time...it was on the stamp rally card I got at "SAKE BASE" 😅. I finally got to drink this sake from Okinawa, the southernmost brewery in Japan 🤩. It is indeed very peculiar 🍶.

Memorandum of Reminder 🙏. This is the second drink at "SAKE BASE" in Nakahiro. It's "Tamitsu" from Mie 🍶 It was served cold 🍶. I have never had this sake before, but it is dry and delicious 😋. I got a stamp rally card for the "Hashigo-Sake" tour, so I'm off to the next one ✊.

A memorandum of my visit to SUMIMASEN🙏. It's been a while since I've been to "SAKE BASE" in Nakahiro. Today I drank a rare sake from Shimane called "Ura-Gassan" - Enishi 🍶. It was fruity but dry, with a slightly fizzy taste 😋.

Just a reminder 🙏. The third cup of sake at Ochoko was a cold sake called "Shichida" 🍶. I can't get enough of the carbonation of the orikarami. This is delicious!
