A memorandum of notes 🙏. This is the second cup from "Tamaki" in Ekiniushi. It's "Honorable Kaijin" from Kagawa's Kompira-san 🍶I seem to have heard that the proprietress is from Kagawa 🤔. Is this sake heavy? It's heavy. I think it is dry and goes well with both meat and fish👍

This is just a reminder. I went out for a drink with my classmates for the first time in a while, and we came to "Tamaki" in Ekiniushi because it was an easy way to get home. Both of us are still the same as before, but each of us seems to be having a hard time at work. Well, we are happy to be able to drink despite our complaints 😀. The first glass of sake was "Mute Mukan" from Kochi 🍶I don't have the vocabulary to describe it, but it was fruity, gorgeous, and delicious 😋. This restaurant has a lot of Kochi sake👍

This is a memorandum of my 9th drink at "KOSHIMA". This is my 9th drink at "Koshima". It's "Tamahagane" from Shimane 🍶. I don't remember the taste anymore. It tasted so refreshing 🤔. But you drink a lot. I finished off the sake and went home with the last shochu 🥴. Thank you "Koshima" ❗️ and thank you Okada-san for taking me there 🙇‍♂️

This is a memorandum of my 7th drink at "KOSHIMA". This is my 7th drink at "Koshima". This is "Shizukusake", a limited edition sake from Fukubito, a local brewery in Hiroshima 🍶. This is also an amazing sake ❗️ It's a superb sake with no cloying taste 😳.

Memorandum of Reminder 🙏. This is the 4th cup of "Koshima". It is "Isoboast" from Shizuoka 🍶. 100% special Yamadanishiki (new rice). Polishing ratio 42%. This is delicious 😋. It is fruity, but has a profound flavor and sharpness that goes well with food👍. I can't believe I can drink such a sake 😍. I'm so proud of you, "Koshima"!

Just a reminder 🙏. The second sake at Koshima was "Asahitaka" from the Takagi Sake Brewery in Yamagata 🍶. I can't believe I can drink this sake in Hiroshima 😍! This is "Jyushiyo" ❓It has a fresh texture 😝.

Just a reminder 🙏. Today I was taken to a restaurant that serves rare sake by a person I know from work 😆. The name of the restaurant is "Koshima". It looks like an ordinary izakaya, but it really is a treasure trove of sake 🙏 🙏. The first cup was a sake from a brewery that moved from Fukushima to Yamagata. It is a well-balanced dry sake that goes well with all kinds of food 🤗. 'My parent's opinion and cold sake works afterwards' Be careful not to drink too much. ⚠️

Just a reminder 🙏. I asked for a Kagawa sake that I hadn't cleared at the standing bar "Mozu" in Yokogawa and the owner offered me this sake😍. It was my first time to try Kagawa sake and it was a heavy sake and delicious 😋. Next time, I asked him to get me sake from Tokyo and Osaka ｀｀*.

Just a reminder 🙏. The third (the second was a dry sake, but I forgot 😅) of the "Soboku Otsubo" is a Saga Koei Kiku 🍶. It was slightly sweet, fizzy and slightly carbonated, but it goes well with Yakitori 😊.
