100% special Yamadanishiki (new rice). Polishing ratio 42%.
This is delicious 😋.
It is fruity, but has a profound flavor and sharpness that goes well with food👍.
I can't believe I can drink such a sake 😍.

It is a refreshing sake without any peculiarities 😋.

Today I was taken to a restaurant that serves rare sake by a person I know from work 😆.
The name of the restaurant is "Koshima". It looks like an ordinary izakaya, but it really is a treasure trove of sake 🙏 🙏.
The first cup was a sake from a brewery that moved from Fukushima to Yamagata.
It is a well-balanced dry sake that goes well with all kinds of food 🤗.

It was my first time to try Kagawa sake and it was a heavy sake and delicious 😋.

The third (the second was a dry sake, but I forgot 😅) of the "Soboku Otsubo" is a Saga Koei Kiku 🍶.
It was slightly sweet, fizzy and slightly carbonated, but it goes well with Yakitori 😊.

The sake we drank was a Tochigi sake called "Boh" 🍶 The sake rice was Miyamanishiki. It was a little fruity and had a nice aroma 😊.

The first drink was "Sakurafubuki" by Kinko's 🌸.
I love "Kamo Kanehide", but "Sakura Fubuki" is also great 🤗.
