This is a memorandum. The second cup of "Ochoko" was "Fusotsuru" from Masuda, a sake from my neighbor's hometown. It is a nigori (nigori is a sweet sake), but since it was recommended to me as a good kama, I decided to heat it up. Sake from the San'in region is delicious 😋.

This is a memorandum of my visit 🙏. This is my second glass of sake at "Inaho" the day before Kumamoto Castle Marathon, "Shinkame Hiyaoroshi" from Saitama. I totally drank too much 😆I wonder if I'll be ok tomorrow ❓

A memorandum of my visit to Kumamoto I came to Kumamoto for the Kumamoto Castle Marathon: ❗️ The day before, I had dinner at "Inaho", a chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) restaurant, and the Kuma shochu and sake were so good that I ended up drinking too much 😅. The sake was Kumamoto's "Reizan" and it was delicious with the sashimi 😋.

A memorandum of notes 🙏. The second drink at "Haru Via". This is "Tamasakura" from Shimane Prefecture. We had this one heated too. It has a strong rice flavor and is very drinkable. It is a delicious sake 😋.

Smear in the memorandum 🙏. The second one for today. Haruvia" is located in a slightly confusing place. It was my first time to visit here too. It's a craft beer store, but they also have sake. And they have sake that is good for warming up. The first glass of sake I had was my first "Mukai Tenjiku" (warmed sake) 🍶 It had a nice acidity to it.

Just a reminder that I'm smitten🙏. It's been a while since I've posted. I had a meeting at another place today, so on my way home I went to a restaurant I have been wanting to visit for a long time 😆. It is "Osen" in Koamicho. I ordered a sashimi platter and drank an Akita "Yuki no Bijin" to go with the fish. It was a well-balanced sake with a nice mouthfeel 🍶.

Just a reminder 🙏. Today I am drinking at "Ishii", a restaurant I visited for the first time. The food was delicious and great. The sake was chosen by the owner to match the food 🎶. The first glass is "KID" 🍶.

Memorandum of Reminder 🙏 It's been a while since I've been to "Enya" and had a drink with my old colleagues. We got some precious Miyazaki sake as a souvenir from the Miyazaki Marathon run by my live-in colleague 🍶My manager brought it to the restaurant 🙏. It was my first time to drink Miyazaki sake, and it was delicious enough 😋 I didn't know that Miyazaki, which is mainly known for shochu, produces such a delicious sake 😳. I wish it was distributed all over Japan!

Just a reminder 🙏. It's been a while since I had a drink with my former colleagues in Yokogawa 🍻. We had a rare drink at the usual "Ochoko" 🍶. My colleague and the owner of Ochoko are both physically fit, and he recommended this sake called "Macho". Both of them raved about it. It's delicious with a kick!

Just a reminder 🙏. Today, after going to "Yakiniku Yamato" for the Banchoukai, my comrade-in-arms and I came to "Tatsumiya" 🍶. The first sake we had was orizake. After yakiniku, this refreshing drink is the best 😆.

Just a reminder 🙏. I took a year off and have been at "Soraya" since after 5:00 pm 🍺. Sake is "Sairai" from Saitama 🍶 It is light and easy to drink, but has depth. It goes well with sashimi. Delicious 😋.
