Pink Clover, the third in the Myoko Brewery's series of playing cards! Spring clover found in the fall. Here it is. Christal ART designer Masumi Hotta's Alice series, complete. Cute Cheshire cat. I was worried about the condition of this item after six months of aging in the store, but I bought it. I don't know if it was originally like that, but it is a clear golden yellow, Gorgeous, fruity with acidity and a bit astringent, with a muscat-like aroma, It's silky and smooth, It is smooth and has a slightly soft sweetness, After the deep umami, the bitterness spreads to the back of the throat, After the deep flavor, the bitterness spreads to the back of the throat, The dryness and crispness of the mouthfeel, It has a dry taste in spite of its sake level. There is nothing twisted about it, and it is delicious without a hitch. And it tastes great lukewarm. The bitterness disappears and the fruity sweetness and astringency become delicious. It is delicious! === Rice Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic) Rice:Gohyakumangoku Rice polishing ratio: 55 Alcohol content: 15-16%. Sake degree: -2.0 Acidity: 1.8 1,969 yen for 720ml === ★★★★☆

First check-in in Iwate with Nanbu Bijin Junmai Ginjo Namaishu! The other day, I watched a documentary film featuring Mr. Kuji, the brewer of Nanbu Bijin. I was impressed by the way he cheerfully and positively did what he could do in the midst of the hardships of being the son of a brewery owner, the challenges he continued to face with his strong will, his foray overseas, the double whammy of the earthquake and the mood of self-restraint, and the continuous hardships he faced. That is why I bought it immediately when I saw it. I bought it immediately after seeing it, and chilled it well with cold sake. It is gorgeously sweet, Fruity aroma like apple, Aroma of rice, The fresh and light texture, The rich sweetness and bitterness spread to the back of the throat, The fresh, rounded, thick flavor, And the lingering aftertaste is clean and crisp. The lingering aftertaste is clean and crisp, Aromatic, sweet, bitter, and beautiful. Delicious! === Aromatic, sweet, bitter, and beautiful. Checking in at the 80th Niigata brewery in Sakegawa, Koshitsuka Sake Brewery Koshitsuka Shuzo was established in 1996 through the merger of Tsukano Shuzo, a brewery with a 200-year tradition in the former town of Mizuhara, and Koshi Shuzo, a brewery in the former city of Toei that has won more than 10 consecutive awards since its establishment as a brewery that only brews high-grade sake. It is said that the yeast from the historic Tsukano Shuzo brewery is also used as "Hiroshima No. 5 yeast" as an excellent yeast. The aroma is clean and refreshing, and the mouthfeel is mild and smooth. The mild mouthfeel is typical of nama-shu, and it has a crisp acidity and bitterness. It is dry with a crisp acidity and bitterness. The lees are faint. The flavor is gentle and mild. ===Raw ingredients: rice (domestic) Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic), brewing alcohol Ingredient Rice:Niigata rice Rice polishing ratio: 48 Alcohol content: 15-16%. 1,430 yen per 720ml === The price ★★★☆☆☆☆

Mineno Shiroume Junmai Namaishu This is the 66th sake brewery in Niigata to be introduced in Sake no Wa. Minenohakubai" was one of the "Echigo Sanbai" (three plums) that led the local sake boom in the 1980s, along with "Koshino Kanbai" and "Yukinakubai", in the "Discover Japan" campaign run by the Japanese National Railways. Minenohakubai is a long-established brewery established 380 years ago that brews sake using subterranean water from Mt. You won't find it as often as Koshino Kanbai or Yukinakubai. I saw Minenohakubai and Junmai namaishu at Yamaya. I buy raw sake immediately. If the fridge is empty. The label has a kind of glossy and unusual beauty. The label is made so that it won't peel off even if it gets wet. I peel off the label and store it, but I don't want it to come off cleanly... Even though it is beautiful. The rich aroma of rice spreads softly. It has a smooth mouthfeel and a clear, clear mouthfeel. It is slightly sweet, with a well-balanced acidity and a refreshing dry taste. You can also enjoy the thick umami of raw sake. It is a sake with a good throat feeling. === Ingredients:Rice(Domestic),Rice malt(Domestic) Raw Rice:Gohyakumangoku Rice polishing ratio: 65 Alcohol content: 15 degrees 720ml 1,496yen === ★★★★☆

Ofuku Shuzo ECHIGO Junmai Ginjo Raw Sake Junmai-Ginjo-Nama-Shu from Ofuku Shuzo, a pioneer in the addition of lactic acid in fast brewing. This is the first time to see a blue bottle with an okame design. A reasonably priced Junmai Ginjo Namaishu. I chose it for good fortune for the men's soccer bronze medal, but it's good fortune for women's wrestling, women's basketball, and women's sport climbing! It was great 😭! I guess Okame smiled on the girls after all! The clear, translucent aroma, the mild rice flavor, the It has a clean and refreshing mouthfeel. It has a mellow, soft umami that is typical of nama-shu. and the clear taste of rice. It is light and dry with a firm taste. The aftertaste lingers on the tip of the tongue. It does not have a sharp personality as the label suggests, but it has a mellow and delicious taste. === Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic) Raw Rice: Gohyakumangoku from Niigata Prefecture Rice polishing ratio: 55 Alcohol content: 15 degrees Sake Meter:+5.0 Acidity:1.4 720ml 1,320yen === ★★☆☆☆
