Kiyozumi Junmai Ginjo from Kusumi Shuzo!
I had a glass of Yumehana Koihanabi earlier and wanted to try the regular Kiyoizumi as well.
It was served in a glass specially designed for Kiyozumi's cold sake.
The glass has a heavy bottom, a narrow shape, and a thin, wide diameter. It has a simple yet stylish design with a star cutout. The size is just right for drinking cold sake. Lovely. They don't have them in stock, but I heard you can buy them at the store. I want one.

Yumebanabi Koihanabi from Kusumi Shuzo, a sake brewery in Natsuko,
Koshi-tanrei is used for the malted rice, and Kame-no-o is used for the premium rice.
In 2024, Yumebanabi Koihanabi was upgraded to Junmai Ginjo (the rice polishing ratio is the Daiginjo standard).
When cold sake is poured, it is served in a flat cup that turns the color of fireworks.

I've always been curious about kurap3,
This is a joint brew by a brewery unit consisting of the Joetsu breweries, Takeda Shuzoten, Kubiki Shuzo, and Chiyonomitsu Shuzo.
The name "kurap3" is a play on the three breweries' hopes that customers will applaud their brews.
This is the second baton of sake brewed with the new challenge of bringing yeast and brewing water to the brewery, while sharing information among local breweries.

Takachiyo Shuzo is graduating from using "Kame-no-o" and "Omachi" sake rice this year. This is the last year for this lineup. I should have drunk Chapter 9! (cries) Kame-no-o, my personal favorite of the Kyokutaka's...too bad. Looking forward to next year's new efforts and new sake rice.
Anyway, it's been a long time since I've had a Kyokutaka, and it happens to be the 500th Niigata check-in anniversary. One bottle of love.

The brand name, which used to be attached to the highest quality sake, has been revived and is now attached to aluzake.
