金猫魔The last stop on our summer vacation was to my wife's parents' home in Aizu.
We walked to the Tsurunoe Sake Brewery in Nanoka-machi and purchased a bottle.
The Tsurunoe Sake Brewery bears the name of a crane, and the stopper has a nice design with an origami motif of cranes. I wish they would put this on the lid of their four-pack bottles.

The aroma is mildly fruity with a hint of sweetness,
Smooth and silky on the palate, with a
A full, rich umami mouthfeel with a refreshing sweetness,
Slightly dry with a nice sharpness.
It is delicious!
It is a good to drink it fresh out of the refrigerator or at room temperature,
It is also good to drink it softly at room temperature,
Both have a different expression, but they are consistently delicious. There was a store in the store that had a variety of draft sake, so I will go there when I visit my wife's parents.

まつちよThe last sake I brought as a souvenir from Aizu was a fire-brewed 🍶 of Aizu Chusho Fukunohana.
I wanted to get a limited-edition draft sake from Watanabe Sota Shoten, but the four-pack was sold out a while ago, so I decided to buy the fire-brewed version from Tsurunoe-san's brewery.
The top aroma is soft and sweet, like melon🍈.
On the first day, it was melon-like but a bit hard overall, but by the second day it was completely melon🍈melon🍈😊.
A sweet melon🍈 that is very drinkable on the palate.
If it was this good in fire-roasted, I'm sure it would have been good in nama-zake too 🤔I think I'll mail order nama-zake next year.
It was delicious🍶✨️
