At Umeda, Tokyo. The usual store Compare with Sake Mirai The one I saw as much as my parents' faces. We will have it again this year. It's a Omachi Sto, so we taste it well. It is sweet and slightly heavy. It has low acidity and low bitterness. Maybe a little less bitterness.

At Umeda, Tokyo. My usual store. Sake Mirai's new sake just came in, so get to it! Compare with Omachi It has the same floral and firm sweetness. It is a little lighter than OMACHI. It has a bitter taste, but it is gentle.

Drinking alone in Umeda Pretty much my favorite flavor of Shinsei! It has good sourness and sweetness, and has a lot of flavor. Characteristics are somewhat restrained, so it's easy to drink for me.

On a trip to Ishikawa. Corner shop. Yoshida Kurau's raw sake. Light and slightly effervescent. The sweetness comes first with a little sourness. It seems to be a modern Yamahai. Delicious!

Umeda Solo Shinshu Kamerei after a long time. Very fruity with a sweet aroma. It's unfiltered raw sake, so it's firm. Quite my type! Firmly sweet but not heavy. Slightly sour.

They put a lot of it in the bottle, even though it's expensive. It has a nice and refreshing rummy taste. It seems to be Dewa-san's style. What do you mean by "refreshing flavor"?
