Kakuchi in Ishikawa trip!
It's a very sweet and robust sake! It is a rich umami-guchi!
It has a light, refreshing taste and then spreads heavily. Kikuhime is good!
At Umeda. Sweet and strong taste. The taste lingers gradually. It's been a little while since the bottle was opened, so there's a bit of a gradual feeling.
Umeda Solo
Shinshu Kamerei after a long time.
Very fruity with a sweet aroma. It's unfiltered raw sake, so it's firm. Quite my type!
Firmly sweet but not heavy. Slightly sour.
In the neighborhood
Second glass of Tasake Yamahai.
Even though it is Yamahai, it is so easy to drink. Tasake is quintessential fruity! Fruity and umami are wonderful. This taste is great for a special pure sake!
They put a lot of it in the bottle, even though it's expensive.
It has a nice and refreshing rummy taste. It seems to be Dewa-san's style. What do you mean by "refreshing flavor"?
I have been curious about Nanamizu at the liquor store for a while. I will have a glass of its Omachi.
It is very fresh and nice. The sweetness is kept in check, and the omachi character slowly emerges in the latter half of the bottle.
At Umeda
Ladyshine! I chose this because it is an inexpensive jun-dai, but it is easy to drink. It has a good amount of sweetness, a refreshing feeling, and a graininess at the end. It is good.
New Year's drinks! At home. I had it at an izakaya on the same day I bought a bottle. The aroma is clean and refreshing. And it's really sweet! It's not so much fruity as it is sweet! It has less bitterness than other HANA-UPs. I love the first sip. Can't drink it all the time...
New Year's toast! First Nabeshima for drinking at home.
Is it a sweet banana-type sake? The lingering aftertaste is also very nice. It was a great sake to drink!
For New Year's toast. The bubbles are very foamy, making it perfect for toasts. The fact that it contains gold leaf is also a key point. Easy-to-understand sweetness and silky smoothness. Very tasty!
