Souvenirs from Kyoto. Kaze no Mori Petit
Refreshing gasiness, pure Dai class neatness. Slightly alcoholic. Slightly bananas. A great sake that you can drink all the time without getting tired of drinking.
At Umeda
2022 New species! They are going to change the label color from this season. Misato Nishiki is a beautiful red!
It is like a less rambunctious and sweeter version of Omachi.
It is very tasty, with a firm sweetness and a light bitterness!
(We have a bottle at home).
At Umeda
Clean and sweet Jun Dai. Tastes better than I imagined!
Apple aroma? It is interestingly different from the Jyushiyo we drank earlier. Jun Dai with a rummy taste. Delicious!
In Osaka
First time I ordered hot sake outside.
It was chestnut-like and felt like Genmai. It was more like Genmai when it was cold. I still prefer it cold.
In Osaka
It is a special pure, but not like that. It has a sweet taste in the mouth and leaves a moderate lingering aftertaste. Refreshingly sweet and delicious.
In Osaka
Houou Mita is not to be missed. It is extremely delicious.
Highly aromatic, melon flavor. It lingers slowly and gradually afterwards. My favorite flavor.
At Tennoji
The one I chose after being allowed to taste sweet sake.
It has a delicious grain-like sweetness. Very little sourness or bitterness, sweet and tasty.
At Tennoji!
It's been a while since I've been here.
It's been a while since I've had Nabeshima. It has a mellow taste and the flavor spreads slowly. After all, Omachi is generally strong!
In Osaka
Local only from Takagi Sake Brewery, supposedly, but in Osaka.
It doesn't look like a ginjo, but the sweetness and fruitiness are very nice! It disappears without a hint of a hiccup! Good!
