At a kaiseki restaurant, I told the proprietress that I prefer fruity sake and asked her for a recommendation!
She said she chose it because she thought I would like an unusual sake, but this is certainly not easy to find 😂.
This is the first time I've seen it! Interesting!
When I tried it, I was convinced that it is specially made for iwagaki (rock oysters).
It seems to match with that rocky shore flavor.
This time we didn't have oysters in our meal, so I would definitely like to try it with oysters if I have a chance!

I always liked Oze no Yukidoke because I prefer apple-based products, but this one might be especially good... 😋🍎.
Even if you don't usually drink sake or are not a fan of sake, if you like sweet sake, this is definitely the one for you!

I bought it as a toast when I went back to my parents' house!
It's like champagne 🍾.
Fruity and sweet with a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, it is so well balanced and easy to drink that it is hard to believe it is 11 degrees...!
It was so delicious that the next drink went down so fast that my mom had a hangover the next day😅.
The bottle is also stylish and would be perfect for celebrations!
