It tastes like freshly squeezed sake,
but it can be enjoyed easily without hesitation.
It is not a modern taste, so it is suitable for those who like it well.
The mellow aroma of bananas spreads in the mouth and lingers even after the drink is finished.
The elegant sweetness and sharpness are well balanced, and it is also good to drink it chilled by itself.
100% Omachi
I was attracted by the label and Omachi.
This was a hit!
It is a little sweet, but has the fullness of Omachi.
It has just the right amount of body and is a good match for fresh fish, which are often served with sake in our house. It is also good with fatty fish!
Endlessly clear.
It has a minerality that is typical of Yoshida Kurau, and is a sake that can be drunk even in the late afternoon. Perfectly refreshing on a gloomy rainy day.
The label is also very stylish 💃.
Fragrance is very good!
I thought it came in sweet,
The bitterness and dryness come in well.
The rice is full and I like it.
There is a repeat.
I am proud of it as a local sake!
It has a strong sake taste, but it is also somewhat watery,
It is a little too strong for my taste.
Still, it makes me think that I like Yamahai.
But in the summer, when refreshing flavors increase,
It is moderately strong and just right for summer, when refreshing tastes increase!
The finish is a little sweeter than the label suggests.
Almost no fizz.
It is easy to drink with a crisp and dry taste.
However, it is surprisingly recommended for beginners.
I wasn't expecting much, but...
How delicious!
I mean, I prefer it.
It really is just right to the point where it stays when you roll it on your tongue.
Less sweetness the moment you put it in,
The sweetness is a little at the moment of pouring, but in the middle, it has umami and a strong sake taste,
The end of the bottle is very refreshing. →Is it dry?
It's not to be underestimated,
I didn't pair it with salty edamame,
but you can tell they go well together.
It is not distinctive in a good sense, but it is a little dry and refreshing.
It is quite dark and has a sake-like feel.
But the mouthfeel is beautiful junmai sake.
The taste and aroma spread instantly (too much) at the moment of drinking, which may be different for different tastes. Comes in strong.
At a liquor store in Yaizu.
It is not the kind of slightly sweet bubbly that is so popular these days,
It has a mild and easy-to-drink taste of old-fashioned sake.
It goes well with spicy food and you will never get tired of drinking it,
But as you drink more and more, it starts to feel spicy.
I bought a bottle of Aruzoe Honjozo as well, so I am looking forward to drinking it!
Miyamanishiki (variety of grapefruit)
Refreshing in the beginning, from the acidity,
turns to a slight bitterness about the time it goes down the throat.
As a result, I noticed that the taste reminded me of pink grapefruit.
After a bath ◎
Gohyakumangoku Sake meter degree +3
It was my favorite dry one.
It has a very similar aroma and taste to freshly squeezed Sogen and Shimebari Tsuru. It is not aluzome, though.
For those who want to drink well!
crisp and dry
Since I don't usually drink carbonated water, this bottle gives me the impression that it is like soda water.
It is a very different impression from the sweeter Tedorigawa.
The sweetness of the rice was not so apparent.
It has a nice sharpness, but it leaves a sake-like sensation in the mouth,
Some people may not like it.
It looks like Makkori.
It goes well with Ichimi or kimchi!
By itself, it is too sweet,
Goes well with salty food.
It was surprisingly tasty when I combined it with muscles,
It is good with all kinds of spicy food.
In terms of sake itself, I prefer Kamerei 92.
The Omachi feeling was less than expected.
I drank it after Kamerei Junmai 92%, so it was quite sweet and had a light (watery) feel to it.
I will drink it in moderation today and look forward to tomorrow!
