Opened in shipment 2023.6. Stored at room temperature. Tedorigawa over one summer. I think it is the most repeated in our family. It was matured and had a good amount of gas in it. The minerality that is typical of Tedorigawa remains, It has a strange taste of fizz and aged barrels. (We are not sure if it is not good to keep it at room temperature.)
