I have no idea what kind of sake it is from the name...
Akitsuho is their specialty, and the rice polishing ratio is 70%... Well, what does it taste like?

Basically, it is composed of sourness, not so much sweetness, and it cuts through smoothly.
Anyway, if you like sour sake, I can recommend it unconditionally!
When it warms up a little, the taste expands and it is good again!
It is better to enjoy drinking it at different temperatures instead of just cooling it down.......yum!
