I've been drinking sake for a few years now.
One of the sake that got me hooked in the early days was Tasake!
Going back to the basics, the 400th sake I posted is Tokubetsu Junmai 2024!
I still remember how shocked I was when I first drank it...
The aroma is still the same as ever... Ramune!
The taste is... ah, yes, this is it... yummy...
The taste is like rumune, sweet but not too sweet, with a good acidity and not too much bitterness.
The aftertaste is also refreshing, so you can't go wrong with this!
Well, I guess rice wine is good...
