What a good idea!
So, this is Ichigo Raifuku by Raifuku-san!
I've had Raifuku's sake made with strawberry yeast before, but this one is different...which one...?
It has a beautiful sweetness with a light sourness, it's a very beautiful sake....
The aftertaste is sweet, which is also good!
I got a faint strawberry milk sensation... even though it's a sake!
Although it doesn't have the Daifuku feeling (of course), I don't know how to describe it, even among the various sake I've had... Anyway, it has a lovely aftertaste.
I'm sure no one can understand this one, though...
