It has a rich, mellow taste typical of Daishichi's sake, but it is not too strong and is very easy to drink. It is like an introduction to the world of sake made from the traditional sake brewing process.
We paired it with a salty grilled salmon Harasu, and it was a perfect match.
It is best served cold or lukewarm, and the lukewarm version is softer on the palate, but both are delicious.
