It is a Risshun Asa Shibori from a brewery in Nagano Prefecture, but for some reason it was available at a local supermarket in the Kanto area, so I bought it. When I made my reservation, I made friends with the sake-loving lady at the store, and when I went to pick it up long after Risshun had passed, she told me, "This is delicious. I was attracted by the Tetsujin 28-ish name.
I think I bought it, but the label on the back says that it was filled with the best conditioned junmai sake from the second half of the 24-year period. I must be grateful for it.
