My first brewery. I was attracted by the Tetsujin 28-ish name. I think I bought it, but the label on the back says that it was filled with the best conditioned junmai sake from the second half of the 24-year period. I must be grateful for it.

When I dropped by Takasaki Station for the first time in a while, I noticed that the blue label (ginjo) had been added to the lineup without my knowledge. After red (junmai), green (junmai ginjo), and blue, pink (daiginjo) and yellow (junmai daiginjo) must be next.
