Jacket purchase. It was my first time to check out the yeast Giovanni, and I was also curious about the koji, Reimei Hiraizumi.
I wondered if it had a strong alcohol taste and a weak junmai taste. But as it cools down, it gives the impression of a strong sweetness that spreads quickly in the mouth. It may not be good for those who like dry sake. I don't like the alcohol taste or the attack of the alcohol...

Apparently no one ordered sake, so we were given a sealed bottle of sake that was kept at room temperature.
It was yellow in color, junmai daiginjo, but I saw online that it was priced at 2,000 yen💦.
