The flavor is very intense, as is typical of nama sake. I think it has a heavier, heavier flavor that is typical of Wataya.
The aftertaste also tastes like Wataya. It is quite heavy!

Dry, with a tangy, fizzy taste. The aftertaste is spicy.
I had a bad premonition because of its yellowish color and unpleasant alcohol smell, but it tastes good. It has a strong fizzy feeling, so it might be good to dilute it with carbonated ice.

I tasted many at Kuzefuku and bought the one I liked best. It has been a long time since I have had a Kuromatsu Senjo.

On the second day, I tried mixing it with carbonated water. Sake:soda = about 8:2 didn't make much difference, so I made it 5:5 and it finally became easier to drink. When it's raw sake, it might be good to mix it with carbonated water.
