Polishing rice 65
Slightly spring-like aroma. 🌸?
Fresh and dry, typical of spring sake. It is tangy and spicy with a touch of acidity. Easy to drink!
You can drink it without any snacks. I want to watch cherry blossoms with it.

Aroma of sakura mochi (cherry blossom cake). Softly, but...
This one has a strong acidity! It might be called sweet, but it's not sweet at all, it's a very acidic sake.
It is very easy to drink, with none of the alcoholiness that always bothers me. Akabu's seasonal sake may be good!

Muscat-like aroma. Aroma is very sweet.
It tastes super fruity. It tastes thick like mirin (sweet cooking rice wine).
You can also taste lychee. It has a pleasant sourness and is very good. You don't need any snacks. You should drink it as it is!
Ibi no Homare, 80% polished rice
Aroma: A pungent aroma that hits the nose. The fruity attack is delicious, isn't it? But then the miscellaneous flavors attack with a gusto.
The lingering aftertaste is just the right length. It leaves a fluffy umami taste, but it is not unpleasant.
I am satisfied with this unique taste. ☺️

Aroma of fluffy 🍎. Sourness. A little bit of alcohol.
It tastes like cheap regular sake, but after a while it becomes sweet and refreshing. Surprisingly, there is no sourness.
