The jacket is stylish. It has a strong alcohol smell and a dry taste. When you roll it around on your tongue, the bitterness and miscellaneous tastes spread over the whole mouth.
I would like to have something to eat with this. Unlike the label, it is a powerful sake in the traditional sense. It is amazing that it has a complex flavor despite being a junmai (pure rice) sake.
Strong aroma of 🍏🍋.
The sweetness is strong and tasty. It's good because it's not too strong and you can drink it without hesitation. I think it tastes just fine without any snacks.
I'm starting to taste lemon.
Bought a bottle at a liquor store in Kakunodate.
Polished rice 65%.
It has a clean aroma and taste. Easy to drink.
Akita festival to go with Iburi Gakko!
Polishing rice 55
Purchased at Hasegawa Sake Shop. Aroma of 🍏.
It has a nice, clean, umami taste. It is a little disappointing that it smells a little like alcohol.
60% polished rice
At my parents' house. It is smooth and very easy to drink! I was under the impression that Tenpouichi was too strong and sharp tasting, so this is very good.
A gift from a person who went on a business trip to Yamagata.
Polishing rice 70%.
It is the first sake with a wet taste and texture in a long time. And yet it has a spicy attack. It even has a spicy attack!
I guess it was made with summeriness in mind, but I got the impression that there were a lot of unnecessary things such as miscellaneous flavors...
Polishing rice 65
When I bought it and drank it as it was, it was lukewarm and tasted strong.
When I drank it with ice, it was dry. The aftertaste is long.
I thought it had a strong flavor for a summer sake with Ryu-ryoku. I'm looking forward to drinking it with sashimi.
6/16 last. In the end, I drank it all at once on this Saturday and Sunday. I thought it was dry, but it was rather sweet. But without food, it was quite hard. It was totally fine with sauces.
17% alcohol
Why are they all higher in alcohol?
This one is certainly sweet! But unlike the recent trend, it is pleasantly sweet with a slight, moderate sweetness. It has a tangy aftertaste, which makes it feel like a pure sake!
This is one sake that I can easily recommend to others!
Summer Sake. 17% alcohol by volume
The drink was refreshing! But it was short-lived. The spiciness of the drink came in. This is a good sake for a mealtime drink. I wonder if the alcohol is a little strong. But it is delicious!
Warehouse release. Alcohol 18%.
Very spicy! Shizuoka's typical spiciness.
This is a tough one to drink on its own!
It's a bit of a riot in a way that is typical of nama-shu!
I couldn't get a half and was served.
Yamadanishiki 50% polished rice
Hmm? A little sweet aroma?
It was dry and refreshing, and better than I had expected. It was just what I was looking for.
Not too spicy for a Tatenogawa, but dry enough. It seems to go well with yakitori (grilled chicken).
Hitogokochi from Nagano Prefecture, polished rice: 70% kake rice, 55% koji rice
The aroma is a little dry and smells like rotten eggs.
It has a slightly spicy and sweet flavor. This is good! The umami is strong and easy to drink. It has a strong umami flavor and is easy to drink.
Good with yakitori or on its own.
My opinion of the brand has improved 😆.
Polishing rice: 50% for the premium rice, 40% for the malted rice
This is spicy from the aroma! It tastes hot, too. It gives a strong impression. It also has a long aftertaste.
It is as spicy as yakitori. It has a strong attack.
I think I'm getting tired of drinking it when it's less than halfway through... 😥.
Sake Mirai. 50% polished rice
Did I remember such a sweet aroma? The sweet aroma is followed by a gut-busting sweetness. It has a vivid feeling that is typical of sake made from unpasteurized rice.
I was told that the sweetness of Sake Mirai is a refined sweetness like Wasanbon, and it certainly has such a feeling. I can't remember.
It might be good with yakitori (grilled chicken) with sauce.
