The famous Sasaki Sake Brewery is owned by Kuranosuke Sasaki's family. Since it is located in Kyoto, I thought it would be delicate yet aromatic, but was surprised to find it to be quite strong! It was delicious.
Also, the aroma was a bit more distinctive than that of a wine glass, so a cup of sake was the perfect choice 🍶.
