my60% polished rice
It has a spicy aroma and tastes just like it should.
It has a long dry aftertaste. I would like to have some snacks with it. It might be good with ice. おさむらいDry and refreshing. Does not change the taste of food, but tastes great. らいおんdrinking at home with a meal
Sake from Kuranosuke Sasaki's family's sake brewery みやび♪♪♪♪
This is the warehouse of actor Kuranosuke Sasaki's family.
Oh, this is so easy to drink!
It goes in and goes out in a snap.
It seems to go well with any meal.
But that doesn't mean it doesn't make a statement.
I think it's well brewed.
The conclusion is that it is delicious! The conclusion is that it is delicious!

Vinegared miso paste of Dokkatsu (handmade)
Sauteed radish's peel (homemade)
Roasted duck (purchased at a supermarket)
There is also saikyo-yaki (grilled flatfish), but I omitted it because it looked ugly. @水橋Sasaki Shuzo Junmai Ginjo Kyo-Seikyu 720ml
Alcohol percentage: 15
Rice polishing ratio: 60
We received this sake as a gift from Kyoto last year.
Cold days continue. We first had it cold. The rest of the time it was served lukewarm.
It is said to have a mild flavor, but it is a traditional flavor. I like it lukewarm to slightly cooled. HaaaaaMCalm and pleasant taste
Mouth-watering type that brings out the full flavor of the ingredients
This sake fits this description perfectly, a refreshing sake that does not interfere with the taste of oden. It is easy to drink and not too tart.
It may be my favorite sake from Kyoto. MaxieClear but a little sweet. 4/5 for personal preference. ざっこAromatic, soft ginjo-shu with the best of the ingredients, made with "Celebration," a rice suitable for sake brewing produced in Kyoto, and "Kyo no Koto," a Kyoto ginjo yeast, and brewed with "Ginmeisui," a famous water used in the tea ceremony by Sen no Rikyu.
The label is made of handmade Japanese paper by craftsmen in Kyoto. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
