Slightly fruity aroma, but I can't tell what kind of fruit it is.
It is robustly sweet. Yet, it has a spiciness at the attack. I have been curious about Omine for a long time, but I see what you mean.
There is not much acidity, and it is all about umami and sweetness. It has a strong flavor. The aftertaste is clean and short.
As the temperature rose, the spiciness of the attack disappeared and the acidity increased. I think I prefer this one. The aftertaste is longer, too.
