I went straight to the liquor store after seeing a post on instagram about Hirotogawa arrival! Bought 🚙1 bottle for a friend and couldn't buy more than one there, so I got it the next day at another store✨.
Lucky to get the last bottle 🤩.

New sake season, moderation is hard to find 😱I even got a new bottle of one step self 😱😱.
And Hirotogawa opened the bottle💕
It was automatically stirred, from the top clear 😅.
Unexpectedly mild aroma ✨rich umami and pleasant shuwashu😍I don't need to tell you how good it tastes 💕.
I didn't notice that much lactic acid aroma.
It seems thicker than last year, but maybe that will change with time? I plan to drink it sparingly for my checkups so I can enjoy it slowly 😊.
