A company in Tokyo acquired this sake at a liquor store I am familiar with and they have started to carry it.
It has an amber color like white wine. I thought it would be fruity, but it has a dry taste. It was my first time to try this sake, and it made me want to try other sake as well.
We enjoyed it with kombujime flatfish.

Tedorigawa for the second week in a row. This time it was nigori. I put it in the freezer 30 minutes before drinking.
The carbonation is not so strong that it spurts out. It is nigori, but the sharpness and dryness prevail over the sweetness.
It was so good that I opened a bottle 😊.

Purchased at a liquor store I am familiar with. Advised to chill it well. It is dry with a hint of fruitiness and crispness. This is delicious. I loved it.
I enjoyed it very much with Itoyoridai sashimi 😊.

Soft mouthfeel, light sweetness and acidity.
It's been a while since I've had Sentori, but it's still delicious.
I enjoyed it with raw raw medei tuna sashimi 😊.

Purchased on recommendation at a liquor store I am familiar with. Although I was told to be careful when opening the bottle, I was surprised by the strong fizz! If I didn't know any better, I would have overflowed. I think it took 5 minutes for the bubbles to settle down.
Since this was my first nigori sake, I imagined it would be thick, but it was smooth. It was an enjoyable sake with sweetness and acidity along with a gaseous taste.
I enjoyed it with sashimi of raw tuna and flatfish 😊.

Light in the mouth and definitely a summer sake. I heard it was low alcohol but it didn't feel that way.
I had it with flatfish and flat clams sashimi 😊.

Purchased on recommendation. Brought it as a souvenir when I went back to my parents' house. My mother raved about it. It is very tasty with a hint of sweetness and not too strong acidity 😊.
I would like to buy some next week if there is still some left.

Affordable but has a melon-like aroma and acidity. Light and easy to drink.
We enjoyed it with sweet shrimp marinated in Shaoxing wine, sea slug sashimi and fried horse mackerel😊.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Slight aroma and acidity reminiscent of melon. Sake that doesn't interfere with food. We enjoyed it with sashimi of Japanese anchovy (kombujime) 😊.

I found a sake I love and bought it immediately. It's not flashy, but it's dry, sharp and wonderful sake.
I enjoyed it very much with sea bream sashimi and fried firefly squid isobe 😊.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Melon-like fruit aroma. You can feel the sweetness but it is absorbed with a clear aftertaste that doesn't drag.
Delicious with horse mackerel and Sado salmon sashimi😊.

Purchased on recommendation at a liquor store I am familiar with. They are a brewery that grows and brews their own rice.
We enjoyed it very much with oden, which is out of season 😊.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The aroma is pear-like. Bitter and dry taste.
Delicious with the first bonito 😊.
It was described on the website as a standard sake for summer nights. I would like to have it again on a hot night, chilled.

Purchased after being recommended at a liquor store I know.
It is easy to drink with a sharp aftertaste despite the sourness and bitterness. It is my favorite sake and I love it.
Very tasty 😊.

Purchased as my parents are coming to visit.
It has a fresh fruitiness and a gas that swoops in and disappears. My father thought it was sweet, but the acidity and astringency flowed through pleasantly. Very tasty 😊.
