There was also a Shiragiku Nama Nigori Slightly Carbonated, but after some hesitation, I decided to go with the Dry Kotoba ni Hijiri-shi. The aroma was subdued but fruity. No sticky sweetness, perfect for today's mood. It has a gentle dry taste. We enjoyed it with sardine sashimi and sea bream carpaccio, which we were told were caught in abundance 😊.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Kaze no Mori Akitsuho 657 Next Dry 657 with a muscat-like aroma, sweetness is restrained and not sticky. The label mentioned a gaseous taste, but it was soft. We had muddy and sweet sake at a banquet every day, but we wanted something dry, so this suited our taste buds. I appreciate the consistent taste of Kaze no Mori. We enjoyed it with sashimi of Aomori yari squid 😊.
